Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.

Hello
I am Diane T. Johnson-McFadgen, Thee Good Thing Coach
Hey there Friend!

Your forever cheerleader and silver-lining seamstress here! 😉 Nice to e-meet you!
If you’ve spent anytime perusing this site, my social media, or have ever met me, you’ll easily see that I am a woman on a mission… a mission to encourage, uplift, and speak life through the power of Jesus Christ.
I am single-minded in my pursuit to live my life to the fullest and to help every woman I meet along the way know that she is capable of doing the same!  I believe in living a life that is nothing short of amazing in every way I can imagine it!
One day I read in the Holy Bible that with Jesus Christ at the center of one’s life, nothing is impossible! Therefore, I am fully convinced that if you can dream it – add in the right perspective, education, and strategy – you can absolutely do it, have it, and live it!  Just put GOD first and HE'll guide you through the process!
I know at times life can be stressful, painful, scary and downright hard.  I have certainly had my share of apples out of that bag! Whew!  But because I lived through some really difficult times, I also now know with the right perspective of life and the things encountered from day-to-day, not only am I able to survive but I can WIN at life!  Why choose to simply endure when you can WIN?!

Winning for me is living my life with intention and purpose – and always within the parameters of these 7 simple principles:
-
Rejoice at the glimmer.
 -
Build up, never tear down.
 -
Be honest.
 -
Be kind.
 -
Laugh when you want to, cry when you need to.
 -
Love always.
 -
Mind your words for they are the framework of your reality.

Oh yeah, I’m also a Certified Christian Life Coach, Discipleship Teacher, Published Author, and Speaker.
I seek through all of my engagements and writings to do what I was born to do: encourage, motivate, and build Kingdom citizens, with an emphasis toward Kingdom women.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!
Diane
